Here’s what happens next

Clicking on the download link (outlined in red in the example) will take you to the downloads page. There, you can also see how many downloads attempts you still have available.

Now you can start the download by pressing the yellow box. If you have purchased several items (as in our example), you can also download them individually. This procedure is recommended if you have a bad or slow internet connection.

The download will now start. Please give the system some time. The files may be quite large and need some time to be saved.

It depends on which system you use (computer or cell phone, Windows or macOS, Android or iOS). The files are downloaded as a PDF and stored where your system stores otherwise downloaded files.

It is best to download the files on a normal computer. There you are most flexible as far as further use is concerned. Since the files are quite large, sending them by e-mail is usually not possible. However, you can transfer the files with a USB stick or with a cloud solution (Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud), for example. Or you can use Airdrop, for instance. 

Of course, downloading and using it on a cell phone or tablet is also possible.

You have up to 3 downloads per file within a week. That means you could download the files on your private cell phone and your facility’s computer, for example.
